known for GPS eartags, mOOvement also offers water monitoring all built in the app. Water monitoring devices help you saving hours on water runs. We offer pressure and ultrasonic sensors to monitor everything from troughs to dams. The sensors run on the same LoRa network as our GPS ear tags so no need for expensive 3G/4G plans. Get notified in the mOOvement app when the water level is running low.
The sensors are easy to self install and provide insights and alerts using the mOOvement App. Choose the sensors you require.
The Ultrasonic sensor is installed 30cm above the maximum water level and the sensor detects water levels with 1mm accuracy. The Sensor is battery powered, reports water level data every 10 minutes and works on mOOvement’s LoRaWAN Network.

The Pressure sensor detects water levels based on changes in pressure in tanks and troughs. Pressure sensor is battery operated, reports water level data every 10 minutes and works on mOOvement’s LoRaWAN Network.

- 3.36mm accuracy

mOOvement uses LoRa networks to get the data from the GPS Ear Tags. With LoRa (long range) you can transfer data over long distances, especially in a remote areas (8 to 10 kilometres line of sight). All you need is an antenna in a location where it has 3G/4G (ideally a hill) or internet from the homestead..
If you have a big property you can easily set up multiple antennas to cover your cattle no matter where they roam. Once established, multiple monitoring devices can be deployed within the farm for connectivity such as water monitoring.
