Unfortunately, COVID-19 is having a higher than usual impact on Australia Post’s services and we are seeing some delivery delays.
Australia Post has been affected by temporary facility closures as staff are put into self-isolation in accordance with state regulations and fewer passenger flights meaning less air freight capacity.
The latest advice we have had from Australia Post is to allow, up to 15 business days, on top of standard delivery times, across ACT, NSW and VIC due to the reasons listed above.
The best way to track your delivery and get expected delivery dates, is through the Australia Post mobile app or on their website using their tracking tool. Please be assured, we and our suppliers are doing everything to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued support and patience in this matter.
