With many years of experience working for different Tag & Ag Tech manufacturers we started the business as a specialty tag service to busy livestock producers. We work to benefit our customers with expert, impartial advice and now, due to popular demand we’re not only better 4tags but better 4weighing, 4fencing, 4dosing and 4AgTech! All the brands, systems and accessories in one place.

Do you have a passion for customer service and helping people?  Vet N Farm is looking for you!
We’re recruiting customer service, sales admin and accounts staff for our National Ecommerce business 4Tags.com.au. One position is available at our Newstead (Brisbane) office.
Flexible working arrangements are available for suitable candidates. Experience in Agriculture is favourable but not essential as training will be provided.
The successful applicant will provide support to a diverse customer base located throughout Australia and New Zealand as well as reporting to key managers within the organisation.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Focus on providing outstanding customer service and relationship building.
- Respond to all inbound enquiries, through various channels in a timely manner.
- Outbound call customers to survey performance of products and company.
- Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide support in inventory management, shipping and accounts.
- Maintain and update CRM system.
- Serve as the interface between sales team and supply chain.
- Understand and follow company guidelines and procedures.
You as the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Sales/Customer Service/Farming background, ideally with previous experience.
- Self-motivated, sales focused, and very hardworking.
- Competence in the use of computer systems including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
- Organised, reliable and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
- Quick to gain product knowledge and keen to remain up to date with new products.
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems.
