JVA Security Electric Fence Gate Contact – Slide-Across Type

This switch is used to pass power to a set of live wires mounted on a gate for a security electric fence.
This type is suitable for sliding gates only. See also N-N526 which can be used for sliding or swing gates.
When the gate is open the gate is bypassed (gate wires are not live or monitored).
Note while N-N526 is pictured the wiring is the same for the N526SAG.
When the gate is closed the gate wires are live and monitored.
The gate fence circuit forms part of the whole fence series circuit.
Cutting the wires on the closed gate will trigger an alarm.
