Allflex APR250 Handheld Readers are compact and easy to use RFID scanning devices for reading livestock electronic identification (eID) tags. Offering basic reading and management capabilities, large data capacity and connectivity.
Key features of the APR250 include:
Simple and Reliable – RFID readers that provide basic eID reading functionality and transmission via Bluetooth or USB. Able to record actions and information associated with the ID from preset lists, the internal memory can store up to 100,000 ID numbers, along with additional information. The integrated Li-Ion battery lasts in continuous read mode for up to six hours.
Connectivity – Bluetooth and USB interfaces are included as standard, and a magnetic plug makes USB connection for transmission and battery charging simple and quick. Online mode and connectivity with iPhone and Android apps allow bi-directional wireless data communication and mobile data management.
Easy and Comfortable – Lightweight, ergonomically designed readers with a durable IP67 casing. The large, backlit, colour display facilitates basic records management. The reading process is easily controlled, even in noisy environments, with the help of two LED indicators, a vibrating motor, and loud, operation specific sounds.
