Job Description

As the Marketing, Sales & Communications Manager, you will be collaborating with the sales and purchasing teams to collate and communicate weekly offerings and information updates to farmers in Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and the USA.
Experience in Farming/Agriculture would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. The successful applicant will be trained on all aspects of our marketing, sales and customer services operations.

A good remuneration package and bonus scheme is available. Flexible working arrangements are available for suitable candidates.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Focus on providing outstanding communication to a large audience using text, email, press, direct mail and social media tools.
  • Regularly create promotional material for online content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and other systems.
  • Outbound call customers to survey performance of products, communications and our company.
  • Co-ordinate with Business Development team to maintain and update CRM system.
  • Understand and follow company guidelines and procedures.

Experience in Farming/Agriculture would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. The successful applicant will be trained on all aspects of our supply chain, sales and customer services operations, currently supplying AgTech products to a diverse customer base located throughout Australia and New Zealand. This is a Full-time Monday-Friday position with flexible working hours available between 8am – 5pm.

  • Receive and despatch AgTech solutions through various logistics platforms while accurately recording inventory levels.
