COVID-19 (coronavirus) Update: 24th March 2020

Dear valued clients,

With significant measures being taken across the country to combat the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), I want to reassure you that we remain fully operational providing sales support, advice and assistance across Australia during government restrictions on non-essential activity.

All tag and equipment manufacturers have confirmed that they continue to operate us usual at this time. Tag delivery estimated lead-times can be monitored daily on our Estimated Lead-times Webpage.

To date, there are no confirmed cases in the Australia Post workforce of more than 80,000 people but it is likely during the evolving COVID-19 pandemic that some Australia Post, Startrack & TNT deliveries, including delivery of Express Post articles will be delayed. As it stands today this is not the case and our delivery partners are doing all they can to ensure Express Post articles are delivered as soon as possible.

Please ensure you allow plenty of time when ordering. We encourage you to check your tag stocks now and any DPI, Bio Security or other updates required NLIS tags. For customers requiring urgent tag supplies now, we have a number of options for same day despatch, please call our helpline on 1300 813 500 or email us.

We are committed to continuing to assist all livestock producers and vets across the country and as any disruptions resulting from COVID-19 (coronavirus) occur, we will keep you, our customers, updated.

We have taken action to protect the health and safety of our people and customers in relation to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), in line with Australian Government recommendations:

Since Monday March 23, 2020 our business adopted new procedures. The focus remains clearly on you the customer and we have undertaken the following changes;

  • Face to face meetings will no longer be held.
  • We have reduced the number of employees in our offices by working remotely.
  • Our offices are now restricted to Staff only.
  • We are monitoring daily our Suppliers ability to supply their products.

We are committed to support you during these challenging conditions that face us all and thank you in turn for your support as we work together to ensure our people and customers continue to stay safe and healthy.
