Unfortunately, COVID-19 continues to have a higher than usual impact on all manufacturer’s supply chains and freight companies including Australia Post’s services and we are seeing some delivery delays.
Australia Post has been affected by temporary facility closures as staff are put into self-isolation in accordance with state regulations and fewer passenger flights meaning less air freight capacity.
The latest advice we have had from Australia Post is to allow, up to 15 business days, on top of standard delivery times, across ACT, NSW and VIC due to the reasons listed above.
The best way to track your delivery and get expected delivery dates, is through the Australia Post mobile app or on their website using their tracking tool.
Please be assured, we and our suppliers are doing everything to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. If you’re wondering where your order is please review our Lead times page for an indication of when it should be despatched.

Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up info.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders can ship from our warehouse or directly from the Manufacturer and in most cases Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll or TNT Express are used.
Do you offer expedited despatch?
Absolutely. In many cases urgent despatch is available where your order can queue jump, be processed and despatched. In some cases we are able to offer same day despatch. Some exceptions do apply depending upon the manufacturer and certain products just can’t be rushed or may be out of stock temporarily.
Can I arrange for my own shipping provider/courier to deliver my order?
We’re sorry, but because of the production process, we can’t accommodate special shipping requests.

ONLINE DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES IS NOT NORMALLY AVAILABLE. For shipment to countries outside of Australia please email us for a quotation: email@example.com
ITEMS LONGER THAN 100CM IN LENGTH WILL REQUIRE A NON-PO BOX ADDRESS AS THEY ARE SENT SEPARATELY.
We will deliver throughout Australia to your Home or Business Address, or if you are purchasing on behalf of someone else or a gift, to the recipient’s address within Australia.
Each order requires a single delivery point. Where orders for multiple PIC numbers are placed these may incur multiple freight charges from certain manufacturers/suppliers.
Orders are normally despatched directly from the manufacturer or suppliers warehouse within 3 business days after payment has been accepted and is subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends.
Delivery usually takes 5 business days in Metro Areas, 8 business days in Regional Areas and sometimes up to 10 days in Rural areas.
Where postage is charged, please ensure you refer to the freight calculator to understand the cost for delivery to your postcode at the Shopping Cart step.
It’s recommended that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you put down a relevant delivery address. For example, if you are working we recommend you have your order delivered to work where you can sign receipt of delivery.
If you are not home/on the farm/property to receive your order, it will be left at your address, considering any delivery instructions you provide.
Where you are not able to be home to accept your order, you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door. Please ensure you understand our Lost or Stolen Order Policy.
When available you will receive tracking order instructions when you place orders, please double check that these haven’t landed in your ‘Junk Mail’ folder.
Is WebOnline ordering/delivery secure?
Our website is fully encrypted and secured through SSL (HTTPS). The security of your personal information when accessing 4TAGS’s WebOnline service will, however, require you to take specific measures to protect against unauthorized access and security of delivery details. These include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring your username and password details are kept secure;
- Only providing authorized personnel with access information;
- Destroying any documentation we provide that may contain your log-in details.
